The room was fully renovated with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Everywhere there was reasonably clean, the staff were very very helpful people in the reception desk...

The spacious room with a pull-out sofa and large bathroom with twin sinks and a stand-up shower offer great comfort. The buffet breakfast, with hot options like eggs and bacon, is a convenient and tasty way to start the day. The hotel's close proximity to the hop-on-hop-off train stop adds convenience to sightseeing.

The air conditioning in the room was not up to par.

We visited Granada by car. This hotel was located on the shopping street. We could stop our car in front of the hotel. That was an important point to decide which hotel we stay in Granada. Public Parking was very close to hotel.(maybe a few minutes walk)

In the center of the city and the room is very comfortable.

Best possible location, functional guest room with the bedroom and wardrobes.

The bustling shopping street is just outside the hotel, with plenty of shops to explore. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the hairdryer provided in the bathroom.

Pleasant hotel, all of the stuff where very attentive and best, incredible location in the midst of everything you want to see. The twin room was contemporary, included a hairdryer, a bidet and a shower cap. Adequate and sensational breakfasts with Spain eggs and mushrooms, everyone could try something new.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city centre near all the exciting sites to visit in Granada. You can easily walk to the Plaza Nuerva, where you can catch transportation to the Albaicín and the Alhambra. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
